Diane M. Coolberth, of Grand Island, Nebraska, departed this life and entered The Eternal Home on, December 31, 2009, at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska. Diane was 64 years of age having been born on July 28, 1945, in Grand Island , Nebraska to Hervin and Pearl (Meahan) Ogden. 

Diane grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and attended Grand Island (Nebraska) Public Schools. She married Charles Riesland on December 21, 1962, in Grand Island, Nebraska. Mr. Riesland died on March 11, 1991. She married Robert Coolberth on June 18, 1994, in Grand Island, Nebraska.

After her first marriage, she and Charles lived south of Wood River, Nebraska where Diane worked for Packer Potato Company for 20 years. After she married Robert Coolberth, they lived in Grand Island, Nebraska where Diane worked at Hornady Manufacturing until her health forced her to retire.

She was baptized in the Church of Christ as a child. She enjoyed watching Nebraska football, doing puzzles and especially being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Diane is survived by: her husband, Robert Coolberth of Grand Island, Nebraska; sons and a daughter-in-law, Todd Riesland of Missouri Valley, Iowa; Tim and Crystal Riesland of Dannebrog, Nebraska; Jeff Riesland of Wood River, Nebraska and Doug Riesland of Harvard, Nebraska; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Mike Baca of Grand Island, Nebraska and Stacy and Benjamin Mattson of Lincoln, Nebraska; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Carolyn Ogden of Sherman, Texas, Larry Ogden, James and Geraldine Ogden, all of Grand Island, Nebraska; and sisters and a brother-in-law, Marilyn Gilroy, JoAnn and Richard Ruzicka, all of Grand Island, Nebraska; her special friend, Rosa Packer of Wood River, Nebraska and a host of friends and relatives.

Diane was welcomed into The Heavenly Home by: her parents, Hervin and Pearl Ogden; two grandchildren and her brother, Dale Ogden.
