Mrs. J. H. Diefenderfer, of Wood River, passed away yesterday after an illness of only three days, stomach trouble being the cause. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband and several grown children, among whom is Martin Diefenderfer, the noted marksman. She was about 55 years of age. The family is an old Hall county family and has a legion of friends whose warmest sympathy is with the bereaved.
