“Country Correspondence – Jackson”
Mrs. Noel Henderson, one of the early settlers of Jackson, passed away at her home in Shelton Monday morning at 3 o’clock, aged 68 years. Mrs. Henderson had been in poor health for some time, and moved from the farm a few years ago that she and her husband might take life easier. The funeral service was held Wednesday at the Methodist church in Shelton by Rev. Martin, interment being made in the Wood River cemetery. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband and one son, besides many friends who sympathize with the bereaved ones in their hour of affliction.
