Hiram Jones, for many years a resident of Wood River, passed away Monday morning after a continuous attack of heart trouble. The deceased was 65 years of age and leaves to mourn his loss a wife, son and daughter, besides other relatives. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon from the Methodist church. Rev. Wright preached the funeral sermon and interment was made in the Wood River cemetery. The grief-stricken family have the sympathy of the community.
