Carl Larsen, 80, Dies at N. Platte –
Carl Larsen, 80, died Thursday, June 3rd in a North Platte hospital after four months illness. Funeral services were held Monday at North Platte, burial was at the cemetery in Wood River.
Mr. Larsen was associated with his brother, A. J. Larsen in the Larsen Brothers Implement Co. in Wolbach for a number of years, later selling his share. He then was in the banking business in Kimball, Potter and Wood River. Recently he has been a resident of North Platte, where he served as Justice of the Peace for several years.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife; two sons, Carl, Jr. and Ray, both in California; one sister, Mrs. Ida Harris of Monroe; and two brothers, Alfred of Wolbach and Chris of Genoa, besides a number of nieces and nephews.
