Miss Ida Moriarty, a girl fourteen years of age was buried yesterday from the Methodist church. She died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Walter Rydberg at Maxwell (Neb.) , where she had gone but a few days previous to care for her sister who was sick. While there she was stricken with inflammatory rheumatism and died shortly after. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Moriarty who live near Ravenna and was a sister to Mrs. Clyde McCormick of this place. Rev. Paxton of the Methodist church conducted the funeral services and the remains were laid to rest in the Wood River cemetery.
