Obituary – Clifton Paulk
Business houses of Winside were closed Tuesday afternoon during the funeral services conducted for C. C. Paulk, 58, Winside druggist. Following the services held at 2 o’clock, at the Gaebler & Neely Funeral Parlors, the body was taken to the home of the deceased’s brother, Jerome Faulk at Wood River, Nebr., for burial.
Mr. Paulk, who had been confined to his bed since July 29, suffered a fatal heart attack Saturday, Nov. 4.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Courtier of North Platte, two sons, Gerald of Scottsbluff, Nebr., Merle of Peoria, Ill., and four granddaughters. He also leaves one brother, Jerome of Wood River, and three sisters, Mrs. Edna Marsh, Miss Lizzie Garrison and Mrs. Mamie Evans of Wood River.
