Ramona I. Powers, 92, of the Wood River area died Saturday, March 4, 2006, at Good Samaritan Center in Gibbon. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in the Wood River Cemetery. Mrs. Powers was born Oct. 27, 1914 in Wood River to William and Lillian (White) Burmood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Powers, in 1979.
