The funeral of Adam Large was largely attended, Mr. Large being a member of Sherman M.W.A. of Alda which was represented, as were also the Woodmen from Cameron and Wood River. Brother Large was taken to the M. E. church here. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Dressler. The Knights of Pythias of Wood River had their burial service at the cemetery after which Rev. Dressler dismissed the congregation. Brother Large leaves a wife, three daughters, one son and his father to mourn his loss.
