Death of William Whitehead.
William Whitehead, residing at No. 203 West Eleventh street, passed away resulting from bowel trouble. He had been ailing for a long time but was seriously ill only a brief period.
He was born April 30, 1841, in England and came to this country in his infancy with his parents. He has been a resident of Hall county since 1877,and until last September, when he moved to the city, resided in the western part of the county. Besides his wife there are five daughters to mourn his loss. The remains will be sent to Wood River tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 where interment will be made.
